What we collect

Account data (name, email, preferred language) via Firebase Authentication; the content your house creates (reports, comments, appliance records, photos, voice notes, documents); and basic usage data needed to run the Service. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Razorpay) and never touch our servers.

How it's used

To operate Fixjo for your house: showing activity to house members, translating content into your house's languages, powering AI features (content is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, solely to provide the feature), sending notifications you've enabled, and processing credit purchases.

Who can see what

Your content is visible to members of your house according to their role — helpers see a restricted view. Media files are stored privately and served only through short-lived, membership-checked links. We never sell your data and never show third-party advertising.

Retention & deletion

You can download a complete copy of your data anytime from the app (Menu → Your data), as machine-readable JSON — your own contributions instantly, and the full house record directly as a coordinator or with a coordinator's approval. Exports are always free.

House history is retained so shared records stay intact. You can delete your account from the Profile screen or by contacting us: your profile is anonymised (name, email, phone, and photo removed; sign-in deleted), and media you ask us to erase is deleted from storage. House content survives, attributed to an anonymised member, to preserve the house's shared history. EU/GDPR data-subject requests: contact us.

During the beta period (through the first 90 days of general availability), our team may review app activity — including content you submit and responses generated by our AI features — to improve quality, safety, and reliability. Review access is limited, logged, and AI interaction records are automatically deleted after 90 days. When you correct something our AI produced (for example, editing a summary it wrote), we keep the correction to improve the service for all users. Corrections stay within our systems, are never shared or sold, and are deleted with your house data on request.
