Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fixjo credits are prepaid and pool at the house level. Purchases are made on the website via Razorpay in your local currency.
Refunds
If a credit pack was purchased by mistake and the credits are unused, we will refund the purchase in full when you contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion, at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is charged but credits do not appear in your house wallet, or a payment is charged twice, contact us with the payment reference — we reconcile against the processor and correct it promptly (missing credits are added, or duplicates fully refunded).
Cancellation
Fixjo has no subscription to cancel — credits are pay-as-you-go. The recurring multilingual fee stops automatically when a house removes its additional languages. Unused credits remain valid for 5 years from grant.
